- Do you deliver?

We do indeed!! Delivery to Wallingford and certain local villages is free and other areas have a nominal charge (please ask a member of staff for more information)
- Do you sell and accept National Garden Vouchers?

Yes. We also sell our own vouchers too and are especially flattered when people choose these over the national ones!!!
- What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week:
Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm
Sundays 10am to 4pm (GMT) & 10.30am to 4.30pm (BST)Please note we are closed between Christmas and New Year for the festive period, and also on Easter Sundays in order to comply with current Sunday Trading Laws.
- When is the final order for hot food?

Monday to Saturday the last hot food orders are at 4pm, on a Sunday (GMT) 3pm where as a Sunday (BST) it will be 3.30pm.
- Is Root One part of a chain?

No. On the contrary we are a fiercely independent ‘one-off’!!!
- Do you have disabled access?

Yes we do through out the garden centre with the exception of our Lady Gardener and Green Room area's which both have a couple of steps.
- Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes they are located in the Cafe area
